What are the shipping charges for orders within Pakistan?
We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of PKR 200 is applied nationwide.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas across Pakistan.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase at any Bata retail outlet or by sending it back to our warehouse, provided you have the original receipt and packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and mobile wallet payments including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to see the live status of your shipment.
