Bata Pakistan offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their footwear and fashion purchases. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales invoice to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our dedicated helpline within 15 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request.

  Pack the Item

  Place the unused product back into its original Bata shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags and the original receipt are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the package back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service or visit any authorized Bata retail outlet for an instant exchange, subject to stock availability.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Resolution

  Once received, our team will inspect the product for quality compliance and issue a replacement or a store credit voucher within 7-10 working days.
